Bitrix24 is a CRM, it is specialized for that specific function. I liked the speed and fluidity that is achieved within the system. It is the only canned CRM that I have used, others were developed by companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found it difficult to configure. I tried to link the different spreadsheets and in most cases I couldn't. Customization is hard to do, for a user with no previous Bitrix24 experience, it creates a bad experience that can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
