What do you like best about Bitrix24?

Bitrix24 is a CRM, it is specialized for that specific function.

I liked the speed and fluidity that is achieved within the system. It is the only canned CRM that I have used, others were developed by companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitrix24?

I found it difficult to configure. I tried to link the different spreadsheets and in most cases I couldn't.

Customization is hard to do, for a user with no previous Bitrix24 experience, it creates a bad experience that can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly the CRM organization, the relationship with clients and the status of each lead.
