Best thing in Bitrix24 is that it's CRM features like tasks, projects and pipelines. It helps in keeping track of the roles assigned to project participants. We can also categorise members based on their functions. It helps in defining the ability to effectively manage workflows and structure projects, as well as the excellent scheduling capability. All the features are good but sometimes it got stuck and redirects to login page.

What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

integration of Bitrix24 forms and live chat is the best thing which I use on daily basis.Helps in setting up lead funnels and deals to keep track of which clients we're onboarding and which we're currently pitching.

It has feature like attendance and tasks excuse to complete the assigned work due to cloud-based application helps the programmer from any device with an Internet connection.
