I find Bitrix24 incredibly valuable as it offers an all-in-one CRM and project board for free, which helps me keep my software costs low while managing real estate referral leads and agricultural consulting tasks. I really like its built-in Kanban boards that make visually tracking leads and tasks easy. Having the CRM, task management, and team chat integrated in one platform is a big plus for staying organized and efficient. The interface of Bitrix24 can be a bit cluttered and overwhelming because it tries to do so much at once. The mobile app tends to be slow to load, particularly with a poor internet connection. I also find it frustrating that some of the more useful automation features are reserved for paid plans. It would be great to have a 'lite' or simplified dashboard mode for quick access to basic tasks without the complex CRM features.
