What do you dislike about Bitmovin?

While Bitmovin shines in delivering high-quality video and offering excellent customer support, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, their documentation could benefit from more practical examples and use cases. While they do provide technical information, having more real-world examples would make it easier for users to implement their services effectively. Additionally, when encountering failed encodes, the error messages provided by Bitmovin could be more informative and detailed. Clearer error messages would greatly aid users in troubleshooting issues and understanding the root causes of the problems, ultimately leading to a smoother user experience.
