What do you like best about Bitly?

What I like the most is its simple and intuitive interface and how fast it is. Additionally, it integrates with tools like Canva to make your work easier. The pricing starts with a free plan (so that everyone can access the tool). Support is limited in the free plan, and it's true that many options are locked. What do you dislike about Bitly?

In some links, a Bitly page appears telling you where you will be redirected. It is true that for people who click on the link, it is quite annoying and can affect the experience. Those of us who use Bitly do so because we want to create short links so that customers can remember them and it is easier for them than entering a long URL. What problems is Bitly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bitly allows you to create links that are easy to remember. This way, customers will be able to remember them and have easy access to them. In the premium plans, it allows you to obtain marketing statistics to see the audience, etc. Additionally, you can create "Bitly Pages" that allow you to present your business to customers and integrate it with many elements (drag and drop). On the redirect page: that's part of how we keep Bitly accessible on the free plan. The good news is that paid plans remove it entirely, so your links go straight to the destination with no interruption.
