It’s integrated with our RMM tool, NinjaOne, so we can pull data into our RMM easily. We also have access to all the features we need—Bitdefender gives us the tools to lock things down, and we can set up filtering and firewalling as well. Overall, the product works great. I haven’t seen any real downsides. So far, the product has helped keep us from getting malware and ransomware. The reporting is solid, and the recommendations it provides for securing our PCs have been helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
