What do you like best about Birdeye?

The best thing about Birdeye is that it links all of our social media account into one place. That saves lots of time for our social media director answering questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

I'm not sure that I have found a downside to Birdeye yet. So far, I like every feature we have added to our account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Birdeye has helped us generate lots of reviews. Our reviews are up 95% in the first five months of bringing them on board. Birdeye has increased our business. Birdeye also brings all messages and questions on all social media accounts to one inbox; this saves a lot of time for our social media director, and she can focus on other projects.
