What do you like best about Birdeye?

I love how easy to use it is. I was able to start my own campaign through the emails to send to over 25k customers. We opened a new practice and everyone was informed. I feel like compared to industry leaders in the Vet world. This is straightforward to use to get the info out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

So, maybe it's just me, but recently, we were given new account specialists and helpers besides our original person. They have to ask other people to help for most of the issues. Otherwise, they are always there when we need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently, they have helped with local listings. Making sure all of the information is accurate across all platforms. We also wish we could turn the inbox feature off and have auto reply with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
