What do you like best about Birdeye?
BirdEye has amazing customer support - they have always gone above and beyond any time I've needed something along the way. The automatic responses to reviews left for our business are probably our favorite feature of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Birdeye?
It's hard to think of a downside to Birdeye, because the system overall is so great. The price is maybe the only negative, but with the systems we've put in place, it's worth it for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
