Although Arijit Dutta did a great job walking us through its features during implementation, Birdeye is highly intuitive. We manage several brands and locations, so it's nice to see reviews in one place, but we also have the ability to segment the results. It's been really great to automate notifications to the various individuals that need to be aware of reviews and define a process for responding quickly. We used to struggle with review management, but it's been smooth with Birdeye. Competitor monitoring is an amazing feature, and I love being able to create unique insights. Good stuff.
