What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Birdeye greatly improves online reputation and SEO, along with offering a whole suite of other features to improve the customer experience. Birdeye has improved our aggregated online reputation from 3.9 stars to 4.6 stars in a two-year period. We have generated 160% more reviews in two years than in the previous 10 years combined.
