**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

My favorite feature of Birdeye is their Reviews AI portal. As someone who works on the marketing side of my company, we found that being able to quickly filter through customer reviews saves us a huge amount of time when it comes to managing our online reputation and finding content to share. I use this feature regularly to sort through reviews, quickly flag any negative ones that need a response, and pull out the ones that include photos so we can share them on our social media pages. It's intuitive to set up and use, making it simple to stay on top of our reviews without digging through everything manually.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

Birdeye is continuing to make their products better and easy to use. So there may be a few hiccups at times while using their features, but we are provided with great customer support to give us guidence whenever we need it.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye is solving the problem of managing customer reviews efficiently across multiple platforms. Before using their Reviews AI portal, it was time-consuming to sift through reviews to find the ones that needed immediate attention, like negative reviews, or the ones with photos that we wanted to repurpose for social media. Now, we can quickly filter through reviews to find exactly what we're looking for, which saves us a significant amount of time on the marketing side.
On top of that, Birdeye integrates with multiple review sites, so we no longer have to log into several different platforms to keep track of what customers are saying about us. Everything is pulled into one place, which means we never miss a review, whether it's positive feedback we want to highlight or a negative review we need to respond to quickly. This has made our review management process much more streamlined and has helped us stay on top of our online reputation with a lot less manual effort.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

Ease of use for the interface and reporting. We've been able to roll out service to 120+ locations and ~300+ employees without any major hiccups. Our Birdeye team is always available and on-point for fixing issues / escalating bugs etc. Birdeye has been a real game changer for us - allowing our entire C-Suite to have access to the daily review counts and easily spotlight patient issues at our local centers. Throughout the organization - Birdeye has helped our front-line team members get a better pulse on the performance of their teams and allows our regional directors to have multi-center snapshots at their fingertips..

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

Survey functionality is lacking some of the more advanced tech that I get from my SurveyGizmo solution - please fix so that i can migrate more of our patient / prospect surveys into the platform.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem = 60+ locations with average 20-30 reviews per location per month - so Birdeye has allowed us to centralize monitoring and reporting on patient satisfaction and NPS. Benefits are that we more quickly respond to patient feedback and we've been able to improve our NPS by using Birdeye data to highlight locations that have opportunities for improvement in patient experience.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I really like that Birdeye integrates seamlessly with our existing patient software, Dentrix Ascend. It automatically sends out review requests, so we don't have to do anything on our end. If a patient has a Gmail, they get a Google request, and if not, they can respond to a Facebook review. This automation has been very successful at getting us new reviews on Google. The initial setup of Birdeye was also very easy, completed in just two online calls with our setup specialist.  I also love that our setup specialist, who is in New York, works late to help us in Hawaii even though we are 6 hours behind him!!

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

There is nothing I dislike about Birdeye.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye sends out automated review requests and integrates with our patient software, Dentrix Ascend. It helps us get new Google reviews without any manual input and ensures reviews are sent automatically to Gmail or Facebook.  It also provided a widget to update the good reviews automatically on our webpage and the good reviews also get posted to our social media.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

Birdeye is analogous to a lighthouse, allowing us to safely navigate and address customer concerns before they turn into a negative review. Their software allows us to provide better customer support and mitigate issues that result in poor ratings and reviews at the company and product level. Birdeye has automated the process for requesting reviews by sending a message after certain actions have taken place. Review responses are automatic and ensure customer feedback is responded to promptly. The Account Managers check in periodically to review goals and any questions or issues.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The Birdeye module intended to go on our website had a different overall company rating than our Google Business Page. Our Account Manager explained the discrepancy, but we have elected to not use the rating module widget on our website to mitigate confusion.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye is helping to solve issues with our online reputation. We doubled our 5-star reviews and increased our company's overall rating on sites like Google by a full star within the first month. In addition to helping us request and collect positive reviews, the service allows us to mitigate negative reviews by allowing our customers to communicate issues and receive additional support. In a recent update, we can automate review requests based on recent orders through our website. We continue to accrue positive reviews and our rating has increased nearly 2-stars since implementation. The Birdeye team stays in contact and we schedule calls periodically to discuss new opportunities and address any questions or concerns we may have.

Update: our Customer Success Manager provided some great feedback on the timing of review requests, as they noticed a recurring pattern in our feedback. Customers were mentioning receiving the feedback request before receiving their order. To improve this, they suggested adding a delay in the automation so the review request is sent when the product is more likely to have been delivered. This small adjustment will go a long way in converting positive experiences into strong Google reviews. We also had recommendations on increasing our social activity by adding more consistent activity. An area we were looking to improve and tie into our reputation management. Birdeye allows us to easily manage this all from one platform.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

Birdeye has an intuitive UI that makes it very easy to set up and optimize. I can quickly see where my reviews came from, where they’re posted, and interact with each one directly through Birdeye’s integration platform, including AI-suggested replies. Onboarding was painless, and I’m already noticing performance results since getting started.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

My only complaint is that I have to log into my profile via SSO from my work PC, which means I can’t reply to reviews using a regular login from my phone. It would definitely be more convenient to respond on mobile, but waiting until I’m back at my PC isn’t really a problem.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye takes the guesswork out of the review process. Review requests are automatically sent to my clients, and I’m notified as soon as they leave a review. From there, the review is posted, and the SEO helps put it in front of the right people so I can connect with more leads.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I've been using Birdeye for about five years now, and it has truly helped shape our customer service while making our lives so much easier. It's an indispensable tool for our daily business operations, one we didn't even know we needed until we had it, and I still haven't used it to 100% of its capabilities. One of the biggest benefits for me is privacy. Birdeye lets me maintain excellent client relations and keep communication lines wide open without ever having to give out my personal cell phone number. It has completely transformed my sales process, because I can collect payments securely through the platform anytime and anywhere, so I'm able to lock in a sale no matter where I am. Even when our power goes out at work and we can't use the CC machine, this has saved me many times. Remote payment taking is hands down the best option for me. I also really like being able to navigate clients directly through our website while texting with them, guiding them through pages and closing the sale right then, which has been huge for my closing rates. The mental separation is helpful too, since if I choose to be off or on vacation, a client can still reach out and someone else can work with them. I've had too many times where I missed a personal text or call, and now someone can schedule a delivery or answer a quick question while I'm not 100% checked in. It helps with customers who like to text instead of calling, so they can send issues, questions, and pictures and know it'll go through. I've been on vacation the last two weeks, my clients asked for ETA updates, someone jumped in to answer them, and I added an internal note to thank that person, and the client still thinks it's me. It's been very helpful to see what's been asked and done at the end of the day. It also holds all the old history for the client and full conversations, and questions from our website get directed to us as the store. We switched from Podium mainly because of pricing. Other than being new, the setup was simple. If you want an elevated way to work your clients while remote, I can't recommend Birdeye enough, and I'd rate it a 10 out of 10 to recommend.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

{"Only issue that i have is sometime the invoice number glitches, and you have to open the number options between each number. The invoice number every time i have to type a number on the app, it make you change from keyboard to number pad between each and every number.","I sometimes don't like that the whole store keeps seeing the sale while I'm working with the client.","I also don't like people seeing my whole conversation with the client, it can get personal sometimes.","The app/payment can be down so we can't accept payments on the app; I have to log in to the web instead.","Onboarding was hectic — newer people and older people that aren't tech savvy were having a hard time. It was simple just annoying for me.","Unfortunately our Birdeye isn't connected to our CRM.","Visibility/permission controls are limited: once something is assigned to someone it becomes available to the whole store, and there's no easy way to set work days/hours or reset visibility when someone leaves."}

The biggest thing for me is remote payment taking, hands down. I can collect payments securely anytime, anywhere, even when our power goes out and the CC machine won't work. Clients can reach me without my personal cell number, and someone can jump in while I'm off or on vacation.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I use Birdeye for online directory citation management. It lets me establish a central source of truth and then push out accurate information to many, many directories online. It also streamlines duplicate citation suppression, and approving or denying business profile suggested changes. What I like most is the convenience of having a single location where I can work, generate reports, and provide value to my clients. In the day to day, Birdeye is definitely superior to BrightLocal. The outcomes, the follow through on listing sync, and the reports I'm able to generate far exceed the capabilities of BrightLocal. It provides better overall outcomes, with an increased rate of follow through on directory citation syncing. The initial setup was the perfect level of ease, and enough guidance was provided to ensure all steps were completed correctly.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

{"Operationally, I want a change history on a per account basis so companies can see who made which changes to which accounts and when.","On one account, human error led to incorrect social profile URLs being added to the wrong account, and it was impossible to establish a timeline for the client because we had no record of who made the change or when the change was made.","I don't find Birdeye truly user intuitive."}

Birdeye lets me establish a central source of truth and push accurate info out to many directories online. It streamlines duplicate citation suppression and approving or denying business profile suggested changes. I get a single place to work, generate reports, and provide value to my clients, with a higher rate of follow through on citation syncing.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

The interface is intuitive and easy to learn. Integrations via the Birdeye API, which allow us to pull data directly into our business data environment in Big Query, have been smooth. Overall performance of the Birdeye UI is snappy, and filtering through reviews is quick. Understanding our customers' opinions on our outlets is well worth the cost of admission. Birdeye support is amazing; they answer quickly and concisely. The AI features and stock reporting allow our non-technical stakeholders to understand sentiment around their outlet and easily compare reviews in pre- and post-change periods.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I dislike the "Archived" review features. Once a review is pulled down from the site where it was posted, it becomes archived and effectively hidden. I would still like to see those reviews and be able to follow up on the points they raise.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No single place to obtain customer reviews. We would have to manually scrape reviews ourselves. Birdeye solves the problem of aggregating all our reviews into a single, easy-to-consume dashboard for us.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

Birdeye makes it easy and convenient to see all of your business reviews, all at once on all the platforms - and responding to them so simple and fast! And the platform is easy to learn and navigate. The AI tools are so nice to have -  when time is often not on your side, Birdeye is a major timesaver. I have been super pleased with Birdeye for our hospital - and for saving me time!

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The AI generated responses are a great way to launch a more pesrsonalized response to our reviews, but I wouldn't use them without editing them. They feel a little stiff and forced/like ai is responding to someone's review - which I for sure want to avoid. I still like using it as a backbone to craft my response's over not having it at all.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye solves my TIME problem - I don't have a lot of it to devote to review managment - and Birdeye keeps everything in one spot for me to see quickly and easily. Before Birdeye I had to log in to dashboards among different sites - with Birdeye, all the site reviews are right there for me! Before Birdeye I wasn't sure I'd receive notice of new reviews - with Birdeye, I get an email right away so I can respond quickly. Without the ai tool to help craft my responses to reviews, it would take me so much more time. Birdeye solves so many problems!

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I love the automation of reputation management as well as the detailed reporting on reviews, rankings of our google locations, and AI performance.  We utilize Listings, Reviews, Social, and Search AI and integrate directly into our EHR, AdvancedMD.  This allows for simple, automated imports of new clients as well as automated review requests.  Our Listings tool allows us to track pertinent keywords across SERP, Maps, and more.  The software works extremely well with very little downtime.  When there are minor issues, support is responsive and helpful.  

I didn't expect our business location rankings to improve so quickly on the maps - this has helped our business generate more leads in new areas of service.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The only downside to utilizing Birdeye, in my opinion, is that it can often develop quickly and new features are deployed often - leaving a rapidly changing interface that requires constant upkeep to manage.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye is helping us manage our Google (and other services) Listings as well as reputation with extreme ease via Listings AI.  The Listings AI tool solved a major problem for managing a multi-site business.
