What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye has been a great partner in helping us strengthen our online reputation, manage business listings, and maintain a consistent brand identity across our locations. Their user-friendly platform, integrations, AI-powered tools, and excellent customer support have helped streamline our processes, improve efficiency, and deliver real value to our business. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

My only concerns are the need for more in-depth email reporting and analytics to better measure campaign performance, along with the lack of a WYSIWYG editor, and a place for image assets for email creation. More robust reporting capabilities and a user-friendly visual email builder would further improve the platform and make email campaign management more effective and efficient. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Birdeye has helped us streamline and automate our reputation management process, making review monitoring and management almost entirely hands-off for our teams. This allows our employees to spend less time managing online reviews and more time focusing on their day-to-day responsibilities and delivering a great customer experience, while ensuring we maintain a strong and consistent online presence across all locations.
