Birdeye is helpful because it helps ask all of our patients for a review automatically after they've come in for their visit. It saves us time and money because we don't need to do these tasks manually. The AI generated response helps save time from having to respond to each review manually. Birdeye's integration with CurveHero's PMS is not only useful but also performs well. Their customer support is fast and responsive. The mobile app has a bit of a lag to it, so improving the speed would help with the experience. Side menus expand when click on the menu and it creates some confusion.
