"Perfect for Multi-Location Social Management"

What do you like best about Birdeye?

I use Birdeye for social, listings and reviews, and one of my favorite parts is that it's set up for multi-locations. It allows users in the field, across our 200 senior living communities, to post and create unique content using their location preferences. We can also create templates for use by users in the field. I like that Birdeye is specifically designed for multi-location use cases, accommodating our need for 400 users at multiple locations without us having to constantly explain our use case to the vendor. The platform is secure and lets us review and respond to content from the support center. Their customer service has been great and the team really helpful. Setting up Birdeye was way easier than with Sprinklr, and the team made it a pretty simple process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

We're still working with them on social reporting to make it better. So I'm hoping to see some improvements there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Birdeye is great for managing multiple locations, allowing our users to post content relevant to their location. It supports 200 senior living communities, offering customizable templates and content management. This setup is more streamlined and secure than other platforms, saving costs by consolidating tools.
