"Birdeye for reviews and referals"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Birdeye?

I absolutely love that I don't have to go to every website to find my reviews. It is easy to find all my reviews and reply to each one from one site. I use, almost exclusively, the AI tools to assist in my responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

I don't see any downsides. It's easy to use and keeps me organized. I wish the AI tool would give me more unique responses, but that is minimal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

The time it takes to find and respond to every review. Birdeye puts all of my reviews in one site that I can see and reply to each one. The AI interface for replying to the reviews is so helpful and saves me a ton of time. It seamlessly integrates into my social media sites to also post positive reviews. I have also just started using the referral part. It is going very well so far. I can see and analyze each time a client refers someone else. These referral alerts are key to recognizing those clients that are engaged with our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
