What do you like best about Bilr?

We were previously managing legal billing manually, which often caused delays and missed billable hours. Bilr streamlined our billing workflow and improved invoice accuracy significantly. What do you dislike about Bilr?

Some advanced customization features take a little time to fully understand initially, but the support team was helpful during onboarding and setup. and their mobile app is still not live, but i think it is launching soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
