What do you like best about Billtrust?

What I like best about Billtrust is how much time it saves our accounts receivable team. The automated invoicing and payment processing features have significantly reduced our manual data entry, allowing us to focus on higher-value tasks and improving our overall cash flow. What do you dislike about Billtrust?

While the core functionality is strong, the reporting features can sometimes feel a bit rigid. I wish there was more flexibility to create custom reports without needing to export the data to Excel first. What problems is Billtrust solving and how is that benefiting you?
