What do you like best about Billtrust?

Very easy to use and my favorite part is that I love how I can pull multiple invoices from different accounts all at the same time. It is quite the time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Billtrust?

I wish it would not time out so quickly when not using it. If there is a way to change the time limit, I have not been able to figure it out. If that is not an option, it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Billtrust solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is allowing me to pull multiple invoices from different accounts at the same time. And as someone who pulls 100's of invoices each day, this really has been quite the time saver. Plus the Smartrak makes it easy to seen when invoices were sent and if by email, then it shows when email was open for when customers tell me they did not receive it.
