"AI Features Shine, Setup Could Improve"

What do you like best about BillingPlatform?

I find BillingPlatform’s AI features really impressive, especially when I’m building reports and queries or working with workflows. The alert system is very useful as well. I also appreciate how the platform helps me demonstrate workflows and formulas during audits, which makes it easier to create, refine, and maintain more efficient workflows and formulas over time.

The UX/UI does seem to be improving, but it still feels like it’s missing a few things. We’re using integration via API, and that has worked really well overall. That said, we do run into issues during maintenance windows when the system is being upgraded.

Overall, I’m glad we’re using this system, and it saves us a lot of money on development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BillingPlatform?

I encounter some performance issues with BillingPlatform because we have large datasets. Also, the process console on the dashboard sometimes shows misleading time estimations, which I think need to be fixed. Additionally, the initial setup took us about a year of implementation, so it wasn't that easy for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The maintenance window issues, performance side with large datasets and the process console time estimates sound like bugs we need to address. I'll make sure your CSM and our development team get in touch so we can fix it quickly. Regarding the year-long implementation, that's a lot and I'm genuinely sorry it took that long. Billing is complex, and your dataset scale adds real challenges, but we should've gotten you live faster. We've learned a ton from implementations like yours, and we're using that experience to improve how we onboard new customers.

Your team clearly knows this platform inside and out after a year in. That expertise, plus what you're doing with workflows and formulas, is wonderful to hear about.
