I appreciate BillingPlatform because it's very organized and provides all the information I need at once. The usage report option is a standout feature for me, as it allows me to see details organized per account that I'm reviewing. I like that it's straightforward and helps manage information effectively, so I always know where to find what I need. It's also very easy to set up, just a few clicks and everything's ready. I find it easier to use than tools I've used in the past. It makes it simple to explain to customers what they've used per their invoice, showing detailed information that supports my report to them. The date granularity and user attribution gaps in the usage report are helpful callouts.
