Large reports seem difficult to run. Advanced features require SQL knowledge. I wish setting up tax engines was more out of the box or self-service for someone who does not know SQL. Also, some of the functionality of general ledger rules as well as AR reporting are not GAAP compliant, such as credit amortization or AR Aging. It was not easy to set up. The flexibility point is great to hear! That's an intentional design decision, so it's good to know it's coming through across reporting, collections, and page configuration, not just billing. The SQL requirement and tax engine setup are fair criticisms. We're expanding self-service configuration to reduce that dependency, and your CSM can walk you through what's available now while we continue improving it.
