What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

The approval flow, real-time visibility for internal approvers, synchronization with QuickBooks Desktop, and the ease of Accounts Payable entry via the bill scan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?

Specific to BILL's integration with QuickBooks Desktop, there is an issue where I am not able to control when bills are synced over to QuickBooks dependent on if the various bills are approved or not. This is problematic since we do not want any bills to show up in our accounting software until we have appropriately vetted the invoice and it has passed through the appropriate approval controls in BILL. What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?

BILL is solving our problem of scalability with regard to A/P entry and internal controls with regard to approval flows with our organization. Our business performance has increased by enabling us to close our month-end financials within 4 business days and with greater confidence of data reliability.
