What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

What I love most about BILL is the ease of use and the cost efficiency. I have found it to be an easy way to pay vendors, both domestic and international, in one place that links to our QuickBooks Accounts Payable system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?

The only downside I've experienced is when switching a client from the Desktop version of QuickBooks to the Online Version. My team's issues with the QB Migration could have been mitigated with a bit more explanation, but we resolved it in the long run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bill is solving the problem of paying multiple vendors without separately recording each payment. Once a vendor invoice is coded to the G/L in BILL, I can pay multiple vendors and BILL will record ONE journal entry in a Clearing Account to relieve the Accounts Payable ledger. Paying numerous vendors simultaneously eliminates lots of time, and syncing with QuickBooks alone is worth using the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
