I think the best thing about BILL AP/AR is that it’s easy to use and train people on. It’s not overly complicated, and it takes a process that can be complicated and makes it easy. Someone can start using it on their first day. It enters invoice details for us, so people can verify them instead of entering everything themselves and can focus on checking that the information is right. That saves us time and helps reduce errors. The software recognizes how vendors are usually coded, so verifying an invoice takes a few seconds instead of a few minutes to enter and verify. I also think it has the most capability of the software I’ve seen for handling AP and AR. Setup was really easy, and once BILL AP/AR was connected to our software, everything synced easily.
