What do you like best about BigTime Services CPQ?

Willingness to work with us, collected all of our Services offerings into an easy catalog, integrated well with our Salesforce needs, and provided a very nice interface for our sales teams to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigTime Services CPQ?

There is little downside to WorkRails if the Services packages are created. If they are not created, then WorkRails may not be the easiest to use. There is some logic, but having packages to build with makes it a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BigTime Services CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Global sales teams were using a variety of contracts and service offerings. Workrails consolidated that to bring order and consistency to our contracts and deliverables. We have seen a significant reduction in contractual errors which cost the company a lot of lost revenue. We also have provided clarification with our sales teams on what they should be offering around each of our Software products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
