Overall, the platform is easy to use, cleanly set up, and not too complicated to learn or navigate. Live Chat (not AVA) has been especially helpful, responsive with minimal to no wait, and useful for insight, direction, and resolution on most issues. Client and project setup is fast and easy using custom templates built for our job types. The user-right flexibility also lets me keep things simple and minimal for staff who do not need to see all the financial information, so they can focus on tasks and hours while I stay in control of what they can access.
