**What do you like best about BigTime?**

BigTime is easy to deploy with employees working from home, the main office and branch offices since it is web-based.  Anyone with access to a web browser can record their time at their convenience and we can get that into our Quickbooks records effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

Sometimes the file syncing takes some time or gets hung up, but not often enough to be much of an issue.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigTime provides an easy way for our employees to log their time, assigning it to the correct project number and even differentiating billable versus unbillable work.  This saves our project managers a lot of time and eliminates the risk of errors due to manually entering it into our Quickbooks software.

I enjoy the invoicing and reports features the best.

I would have appreciated a CRM feature built in or offered as a service. I would have also found value out of easier means of creating reports by profit center.

BIgtime is simplyfing Project management software to compete with larger bloated softwares at a price available to new business owners. Most all of the features are being used by company under my current tier and I am greatly looking forward expanding our tier to utilize the advanced features. I am also looking forward to expanded tools such as CRM in the future.

For specific projects, splitting the hours for each task doesn't work as well for me.

I like that I'm able to create custom reports and add a lot of customization and filtering options.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

I wish the saving feature worked differently. When creating or editing a client/customer you need to save on every tab and you are not prompted to save when you switch tabs. It's easy to lose your edits by forgetting to save. I also wish it was possible to enter negative time entries as a way to more easily track overtime hours.

It solves time entries, project tracking, scheduling, and client management.

It strikes an excellent balance of being clean, simple, and intuitive - while being highly customizable, thorough and detailed. The implenetation team (Cyann) was incredible. The whole process was incredilby professional - we were very impressed. We kept thinking if we knew it would have been this easy to switch we would have done it long ago! We can now have a simple and organized time tracking system, robust business kpi tracking, AND now also using BigTime Wallet as well! Our clients have loved having an online portal that displays all invoices, and allows payment right there. It has been a huge improvement already for us - highly reccomend!

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

Nothing, yet! So far it has been a really smooth transition and something we're excited to test further as we go.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurate time tracking, monitoring KPI's for our projects, and allowing an easy and professional dashboard for payment from our clients.

BigTime Foresight - This add-on has been a great addition to our BT experience! Being able to quickly and accurately forecast projects and overall budgets has been a game changer!

Easy and fast to record time and assign tasks accurately to projects.

Expense reporting and timesheet accuracy. I forgot about the expense tracking tool; I like that a lot and it's easy to put together a list of expenses and receipts and assign them to the right billing account.

You can customize everything according to the company's needs. Also, customer service helps you through Zoom calls, which is much better than just the chat. And the follow-up to the requests.

The new AI feature is awesome and the bigtime academy

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

Creating Reports is difficult because sometimes the information is not clear, or some columns have the same name, and bring different information. also, sometimes, the reports have calculations that don't match the information on the dashboards. Sometimes is not that easy to use. I would like to know better how bigtime does its calculations. I added a line in one invoice and then it adjusted amounts but the remaining budget per line got messed up and i didn't know how to fic it and the customer support team either.

BigTime is used to track time for projects and is helpful when invoicing clients. Also, it is customizable per phase, so it helps to track project incurred costs.

We are using it for track company cost including non billable stuff as well

We like how BigTime is better formatted for project management and integrates well with our QuickBooks platform. It has helped us automate processes that we used to do completely manually, spending countless hours. Now with BigTime, its done in minutes! Truly a huge time saver and will help all business scale up and grow without the dreaded bottlenecks.

The only downside we had was in transitioning all of our data into BigTime. Not that it was BigTime's fault but rather the downside to any large scale transition.  Since BigTime is geared for better project insight and metric tracking there are many project level features that need to be properly mapped which was also just time consuming. However, once the initial setup was complete, the work has been a breeze to get through.

It has automated processes that we did manually before and gave us better insight to project management and costs.

2) ability to update certain items in bulk

6) Ability to break down timesheet entries by task without making a job number for each 
     task

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

1) BigTime is compatible with QuickBooks but not 100%. There is still a lot of work to be done in that area. When we first launched BigTime, this was a significant issue creating a difficult learning curve. I understand however that working with a massive company like Intuit to develop a software like this can be difficult and time consuming. It's a work in progress. 
 
2) BigTime generally runs smoothly and is user friendly but it carries it's own quirks just like QBs.

3) Day to day customer service for troubleshooting is done via chat portal only. This carries with it pros and cons. One of the cons being that it can make troubleshooting difficult at times as some issues cannot be resolved in a chat portal. 

4) BigTime generally runs on the slower side, at least from my perspective. The more data you are working with, the slower it runs. I often have to refresh my screen, sometimes multiple times to get it to load depending upon what I am doing regardless of where I am. 

5) BigTime comes with a BIG price tag which of course can make it a risky investment. However, I believe that all things considered, BigTime is making a positive impact on our revenue and I believe this positive impact will continue to grow over time.

BigTime is helping our company solve the issue of budget overruns by giving project managers the ability to catch, stop, and prevent them.

I especially like that BigTime helps with resource management. Resources can be allocated and tracked against many different projects with no difficulty whatsoever. Balancing workloads is really made easier with having a great way to show who is busy and who is overloaded. I also like the tracking and communication within the platform can be managed, and everything tied to the project. It streamlines the workflow so that one would not need any external communication tools and it is just organized.

**What do you dislike about BigTime?**

One of the major drawbacks for me with BigTime is that sometime certain features such as project management are not very flexible. We don`t have much flexibility in terms of that we can adjust some specific ways to work with those workflows. For example, sometimes I don’t quite fit into what appears to be a structure I’m being assigned to assign the tasks across teams. I also don¹t understand the lack of a notification system, I constantly receive too much alerts while IÅm focusing on some task hence I consider it annoying.

**What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most definitely, BigTime has streamlined our time management and project tracking. Since then, we no longer have to manually track billable hours and the project timeline feature is an essential part for us to be on track. Finally, the software has also helped us to forecast the project completion date and the overall budget. We have noticed increased productivity and most importantly, accountability as everything is clear to someone what is expected of him. With BigTime, we are better able to manage our resources, and thus better project outcomes.
