What do you like best about BigTime?

Invoicing is really easy, and keeping track of payments versus invoices is just as simple. Setting up time tracking for staff and getting approvals in place has been straightforward, and it’s a great feeling to know when I’ll get paid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigTime?

I can’t re-send or pull up invoices from my mobile device, so creating even a simple invoice on the go still means I have to be on a desktop. I’d also like to see either a character minimum or a complete-sentence requirement for staff comments, because they don’t always give our clients enough detail about what was done for a specific task. Recommendations to others considering BigTime:

At least give it a demo try. If you demo it, you might love it. If you don't, well at least you looked. There is no harm in looking at an all inclusive product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
