What do you like best about BigTime?

What do you dislike about BigTime?

No resource management capability. Can't show multiple summaries on an invoice (i.e.: staff, per task). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BigTime:

BigTime doesn't do everything, but it is so simple and intuitive that I spend less time using BigTime and managing the few things that it doesn't do (i.e.: resource management) that it still saves me time and money in the long run versus some of the more comprehensive (but difficult to use) solutions. It does 90% of what our company needs very well, reducing the amount of time I spend on administrative overhead allowing me to spend more billable time on a daily basis. What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking time and cost against all projects and clients; billable versus overhead. Invoicing. Reporting. We pretty much use BigTime for everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
