What do you like best about BigRadar?
Usually live chat softwares doesn't have nice mobile apps and get very late notifications even if they have one.
We were facing this problem from quite a long time and switched many tools... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about BigRadar?
There are few things which these guys can add as it seems a new startups and trying to quickly develop the product.
