What do you like best about BigRadar?

I really like chat bot feature in BigRadar, no matter i am online or offline bot is always talking to my visitor and solving their quires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigRadar?

What problems is BigRadar solving and how is that benefiting you?

using BigRadar chatbot to its fullest capacity, whenever a visitor comes on my website I push a special message to start a conversation and then get their contact information for future updates. BigRadar helps me with all the user data I get from chat, I can put multiple condition and filters to get exact user data and send them an email notification. BigRadar really help me to connect with my users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
