I appreciate that BigOceanData saves my team a lot of time with reports that are easy to download and customise. I also like the vessel tracking feature, which helps ensure our reports are as accurate as possible by physically tracking every vessel. Being able to add our own terminals and zones is a plus, and pulling reports easily is important for accuracy.
