What do you like best about Bigmind?

The chat is insane, it feels so magical to have a conversation with the agent and it knowing our full pipeline, it's crazy how it recommends the right next steps for each deal. The interfaces is great, works smooth and snappy. We initially used hubspot but moved to salesforce and it does both easily. My sellers are almost not logging into the CRM anymore because it updates everything for them and they can get their answers in bigmind. Getting started was super easy using the MCP, and i love that every couple weeks they ship something new which unlocks new use cases. all in all 100% worth the time and investment. What do you dislike about Bigmind?

They move so fast that with the newer features sometimes there are some rough edges, but i can just drop feedback from the sidepanel and often its fixed on the same day/week Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bigmind solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're now using it for:<ul><li>sourcing pipeline based in external signals (e.g. social media posts, hiring changes, champions moving to new jobs things like that)</li><li>our AE teams use it to progress deals through the sales cycle</li><li>CS team started using it to optimize retention and upsell based on product signals</li></ul> Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
