What do you like best about BigMailer.io?

What I like most about BigMailer is how easy it is to use while still offering everything I need to grow my business. I connected it to my website without any issues, and it’s become the main platform I use to send bulk emails for all of my events. It also helps me keep my email list organized, so I always have access to my subscribers in one place. Creating campaigns is simple, and I like being able to schedule emails and track how they’re performing. The customer support has been excellent as well. When I had a payment issue, their team responded quickly and solved the problem right away. Knowing I can count on fast, helpful support gives me confidence in using the platform. What do you dislike about BigMailer.io?

Honestly, I haven’t run into any major issues so far. The platform has worked well for my needs, and whenever I had a question or a payment issue, the support team resolved it quickly. I don’t have any real complaints at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BigMailer.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

BigMailer solves one of the biggest challenges for my business: staying connected with my audience without spending hours managing emails. Before using it, keeping track of subscribers and sending event updates was much more time-consuming. Now I can manage my email list, create professional campaigns, schedule emails, and monitor performance all from one platform.
