What do you like best about bigears?

Really be amazed by what Bigears has to offer! That touch that distinguishes them from any platform in which through voice connections they do not stay only in the computer science but what enhances their development capacity is shown that humanity in the customer-supplier relationship is above any other virtual platform. Technology and the added human value in each project is undoubtedly what the future of the entire world community is waiting for. Not losing the touch of the human being is wonderful. What do you dislike about bigears?

The negative? I should continue to have knowledge regarding the program they offer, for now I do not see any gaps to improve in general in your interactive platform. What if I would implement is an ONLINE help for queries and doubts since you can only contact the client through a contact form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is bigears solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to write or communicate by voice is very important. Many times the connection through voice is preferred since it is very rich to take advantage of this opportunity, but it is also good to have writing.
