I like the ease of use with the UI. It's very quick and easy to perform everyday tasks, whether it's updating customer information or editing product details.

I don't know if I dislike anything that is within BigCommerce's control. We run multiple sites through BigCommerce and want to move to a multi-storefront for ease of use. So, running several individual sites isn't ideal without a multi-storefront. However, we're waiting for our ERP to be updated before upgrading with BigCommerce.
