I appreciate that the basic plan allows a maker to get going for zero cost, learn the ropes, launch and start making money before jumping into the paid plans. The basic designs are sufficient for starting out, but I appreciate the mid-level plan. Very user friendly.

Tech support is incredibly helpful too, whether it's the ai function or actual person. They helped me troubleshoot an issue I was having between my domain with Zen Business, that took a bit of time because I'm not especially tech-savvy, but once I had the time to dig into it, I was able to use 3 ai programs to finish that task. I can't seem to check my admin dashboard on my mobile device, so if I'm out and about and need to check inventory or update it on the go, I cannot.
