What do you like best about Biel.ai?

It was super easy and fast to get started. Documentation provided clear instructions for how to read our sites, and they are in different systems but it seems to read them all without trouble. Quick and helpful responses from support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Biel.ai?

Interface is still changing, and that's partially a good thing because new features are coming in, but I've gotten lost in the UI or forgotten to scroll down to click "Save" to save changes, things like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Biel.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main benefit is learning what questions our users ask and whether the bot can answer them. We've made many doc updates when we learned that customers asked for particular info and the bot wasn't able to answer or that info wasn't available at all.
