What do you like best about BidPrime?

We love working with Jared and his team—they’ve been incredibly responsive, communicative, and easy to work with. BidPrime has been a very helpful tool for sourcing RFP opportunities by bringing solicitations from multiple sources into one place, which saves us a significant amount of time. What do you dislike about BidPrime?

At times, the AI doesn’t surface or sort opportunities as accurately as we’d expect, so we end up doing a bit of extra manual searching. Even so, it’s a relatively minor drawback when weighed against the overall value the platform provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BidPrime solving and how is that benefiting you?

BidPrime helps address the challenge of finding and tracking relevant RFP opportunities across many procurement sites and jurisdictions. Rather than manually searching through multiple portals, the platform centralizes opportunities and makes it much easier to spot bids that align with our services.

Jared has been especially helpful in partnering with us to adjust and refine our search criteria and prompts, so we receive more targeted, relevant results. As a result, our efficiency has improved significantly, we’ve saved time, and we can focus more on responding to opportunities instead of spending so much time searching for them.
