What do you like best about BFrame System?

BFrame is a convenient tool that helps us to automate all the financial tasks for our clients. The main advantage is that it is cloud based hence we can have a ready backup and data can be accessed anywhere. Also, compliance management is easier compared to other products in the same category. What do you dislike about BFrame System?

The support quality can be better. During critical downtime and business-stopping scenarios, it takes a while to engage the support team. The SLA for this can be improved. What problems is BFrame System solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using BFrame, we have automated the process of sending reminders to our customers via system notification 5 days before their due date. We have achieved this using workflow.
