"Brilliant Reporting and Support That Helped Us Grow with Beyonk"

What do you like best about Beyonk?

Great platform, and even better support behind it

We've been using Beyonk at Cefn Mably for general admission, events, and school bookings, and it's made a real difference to how we run things. The reporting is brilliant - I can see footfall, return customer numbers, and NPS scores all in one place, and compare year on year without digging through spreadsheets. We're currently a market leader against the UK farm attraction benchmark for NPS, which we wouldn't have known without this visibility.

We also have a partnership with AMG for our marketing, and we can see that Birthday Parties alone have tripled in revenue since we started with them and are tracking properly through the platform. Setting up seasonal events like our Christmas Adventure has also been straightforward, even with different pricing for admission versus add-ons.

Another element that sets Beyonk apart is the account management. Our account managers at Beyonk and AMG take the time to understand our business and talks us through the data rather than just handing it over, which means we actually use it to make decisions. What problems is Beyonk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Emma is always proactive, if we need to learn something or fix, she is always there, Emma listens very carefully when we are building a new event schedule.

Beyonk also had caught someone adding our tickets to the basket, so its looks like we are fully booked, when we are not, so Beyonk was very fast to resolve this issiue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
