Great platform, and even better support behind it We've been using Beyonk at Cefn Mably for general admission, events, and school bookings, and it's made a real difference to how we run things. The reporting is brilliant - I can see footfall, return customer numbers, and NPS scores all in one place, and compare year on year without digging through spreadsheets. We're currently a market leader against the UK farm attraction benchmark for NPS, which we wouldn't have known without this visibility. We also have a partnership with AMG for our marketing, and we can see that Birthday Parties alone have tripled in revenue since we started with them and are tracking properly through the platform. Setting up seasonal events like our Christmas Adventure has also been straightforward, even with different pricing for admission versus add-ons. Another element that sets Beyonk apart is the account management. Our account managers at Beyonk and AMG take the time to understand our business and talks us through the data rather than just handing it over, which means we actually use it to make decisions. Emma is always proactive, if we need to learn something or fix, she is always there, Emma listens very carefully when we are building a new event schedule. Beyonk also had caught someone adding our tickets to the basket, so its looks like we are fully booked, when we are not, so Beyonk was very fast to resolve this issiue. The marketing suite has genuinely changed how we work. Email marketing turned out to be our highest income generator this season, and being able to see that broken down alongside Instagram and Facebook meant we could actually see which channel was driving results at different points in the season, rather than guessing. The demographic and geographic targeting data has also been really useful for planning where to focus our marketing spend. And having visitor feedback and NPS all in one place means we can track trends properly and reply to comments as they come in, instead of it all being scattered across different places. It's made it much easier to justify the time we put into marketing, because we can finally see the numbers behind it. On top of that, our account manager has been brilliant. There are currently no daily capacity limits for add-on activities which meant that we had to monitor sales of each daily and switch any off if we were nearing capacity however, subsequently we realised we could have worked around this by setting them up as 'follow on activities' - There is no formatting available in broadcast messages which are text like emails that are sent out to customers who have booked. This made some of our messages difficult for customers to read - There is no sound on videos added to the ticketing pages. We were selling concerts as additional products and it would have been useful for customers to hear a sample (particularly the opera) before booking tickets - The messaging inbox is difficult to use to find particular messages, it would help if there was a full date with year on the messages inbox list, and search and sort functions. Also an alert - we didn't realise messages were coming into this area until well into the event and as a result queries and questions were unanswered. What I like best about Beyonk is how helpful and supportive the team always are. They really look after their customers and always do their best to resolve any questions or issues quickly. Jesse has been amazing and couldn't do more to help me. The software itself is also excellent. It is easy to use, well laid out, and includes really useful features such as analytics, email marketing tools, integration to the website and customer communication options. Everything is designed in a way that makes managing bookings and understanding performance much simpler. Any small issues or questions I have had have always been dealt with quickly and professionally by the support team. They are always open to feedback and continuously improving the platform. Beyonk has made managing bookings, customer communication, and marketing much more efficient for my business. Having everything in one platform saves a huge amount of time and makes day-to-day operations far easier to manage. The analytics and reporting tools help me better understand customer behaviour and business performance, while the email marketing features make it simple to stay connected with customers and promote events or offers. The platform is also very user-friendly, which has helped streamline the booking process for both myself and my customers, creating a much smoother overall experience. Our guests didn't have the ability to book online before we partnered with Beyonk, as we took only manual bookings. Now, guests can book in their own time around the clock. It's a system we're proud of, and we love how it looks integrated into our website.
