"Privileged Remote Access Boosted Our Partner Access Control and Security"

What do you like best about BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access?

Privileged Remote Access has given me much better control and security over partner access within my environment. Our environment is very large, and we have several partners accessing it at the same time. Before, not being able to know who was accessing it, when they were accessing it, and what they were accessing put us in a very risky situation. PRA helped address that gap and meet the need we had. What do you dislike about BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access?

We use PASM and manage credentials through Password Safe. However, the integration with Privileged Remote Access is still somewhat limited because it only supports Windows endpoints. As a result, other types of connections have to be set up manually. It would be helpful if the integration supported more features as well, including web applications coming from Password Safe. What problems is BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?

BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access addresses major challenges around secure third-party access, centralized session management, and visibility into privileged activity in our environment. Because we have a large infrastructure with multiple partners accessing systems at the same time, PRA helps us stay in control by letting us see who is accessing what, when they are accessing it, and which actions are being performed.

It also improves support and onboarding, making adoption smoother and helping teams become operational faster. On top of that, the UI/UX feels intuitive and user-friendly, which simplifies day-to-day administration and enhances the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
