What do you like best about BeyondTrucks?

Transitioning from paper to a real-time electronic interface between dispatch and drivers has been a huge step forward. The configurability with workflow templates and driver task management is helpful, and the continuous investment in product improvements and openness to customer feedback is very valuable. What do you dislike about BeyondTrucks?

There should be a documented overview of the product's logic, especially for integrations. Sometimes, we only understood how an integration worked after it was implemented. More documentation or cut sheets for integrations would be helpful, and there are still some advanced features and configurability we'd like to see added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BeyondTrucks solving and how is that benefiting you?

The system provides us with a working solution for managing our loads and fleet assets. Meanwhile, the Beyond Trucks team continues to develop and implement enhancements that further benefit our business and processes, leveraging IT development resources we don’t have access to internally. This allows us to stay focused on day-to-day operations while still gaining the benefit of ongoing improvements, without a significant investment in $’s or internal resources.
