What do you like best about BevSpot?

I like the ability to take inventory electronically. While it does not have a mobile app, the mobile website is very easy to use.. In particular, I like the screen for taking inventory of liquor bottles. It allows the user to draw on a picture of a bottle when taking inventory of partial bottles. The site then calculates the percentage remaining in the bottle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BevSpot?

I dislike the level of reporting available in the version we utilize. I hesitate to put this under dislike though because we use the basic level of the program. It does contain an Excel file that can be downloaded with each inventory completed. There is also a file that can be downloaded with information regarding orders placed. Recommendations to others considering BevSpot:

Make sure to reach out and discuss your needs with one of the sales representatives. He or she will make sure that you are pointed toward the best version of the program to meet your needs. The person that I worked with was very responsive to my emails. This was a refreshing difference from some other vendors I have worked with in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BevSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?

BevSpot allowed our organization to transition from a paper and spreadsheet based inventory system to an electronic inventory system. We have realized more efficient inventory management and better organization of orders placed with our distributors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
