Befatel made it easy for me to use all the features of its platforms and explained each platform and how it works. I really like the promotional messages in Business Chat and the Smart Routing feature in the call center. The promotional messages allow me to know the customers, offers, welcome them, and increase sales. The call center and Smart Routing make it easy for the customer to reach the same employee again without consuming additional minutes or boring the customer by having to explain their needs again.
