What do you like best about Bettter?

What do you dislike about Bettter?

One feature we’d really like to have is integration with Telegram, since our users send us feedback there. Having some kind of automation that brings messages from Telegram into BeTtter would be really cool and would make it easier for us to manage that feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bettter solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main reason we bought Bettter is for the feature board. Right now, our users send us emails, Telegram messages, and even call us on the phone to ask for different additions or courses at our educational center.
