"A True Recruiting Partnership"

5/5

What do you like best about Betts Recruiting?

The team is incredibly personable and easy to work with. They genuinely listened to what we were looking for in candidates and communicated clearly throughout the search, which made the whole process feel like a true partnership rather than a transactional vendor relationship. What do you dislike about Betts Recruiting?

Honestly, I don't have much to point to here. The experience was smooth from start to finish, and any minor process questions I had were addressed quickly when I asked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Betts Recruiting:

If you want a recruiting partner who actually takes the time to understand your hiring needs instead of just sending you a stack of resumes, Betts is worth working with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Betts Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Betts Recruiting took the time to understand our team's specific hiring needs and culture, then presented candidates who were genuinely strong fits rather than just filling the pipeline with volume. This saved us significant time in the hiring process and helped us focus only on candidates worth interviewing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
