"Betterworks Makes Goal Tracking and Year-End Reviews Easy"

4/5

What do you like best about Betterworks?

I love how Betterworks helps me track my work product during the year. I have the ability to enter milestones and my goals can be updated or changed along the way. It gives me a place to capture everything needed to quickly do my reviews for my manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Betterworks?

Whether it is Betterworks or my company, there are word limits to fields. Sometimes I want more than 250 words to highlight successes or issues I experienced during the review period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Betterworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Betterworks, my company used a different software and had 9 corporate "pillars" and up to 5 annual goals (including a personal goal), which were cumbersome to answer, often taking 3 hours or longer to review notes I kept on a Word document and integrate that into the review system. Betterworks holds my 3 or 4 goals and offers a way to milestone my memorable moments within the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
